  • Strandhill is famous for its excellent seaweed baths, Voya Seaweed Baths are famous and perfectly located post-surf.
  • The hill above town (Knocknarea, with Queen Medb's cairn at the summit) is a magnificent backdrop; the walk up after surfing is deeply satisfying.
